1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of boursen.club and the courses, materials and services provided by Boursen ("the Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Our Services

Boursen provides business process automation and management training through online and in-person courses. The exact content, format and schedule of each course are described on our website and may change as we update our curriculum. We reserve the right to modify course content, instructors and schedules with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Enrolment

To access paid courses you must enrol and, where required, create a learner account. You agree to:

Lifetime alumni access applies to the materials of completed courses and is subject to continued availability of the Boursen platform.

4. Fees & Payment

Course fees are displayed on our pricing page in GBP and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. By enrolling you authorise us to charge the selected plan's fee via our payment provider. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are charged once per year. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrolment. If you complete the first module and are not satisfied, contact us within seven days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the seven-day window, except where required by UK consumer law. Annual plan refunds are pro-rated based on months unused, less a reasonable administration fee, where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos, branding and software on boursen.club are the intellectual property of Boursen or its licensors and are protected by UK and international law. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, publish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

Our courses are educational in nature. While we draw on real-world experience and aim to deliver practical, applicable skills, we make no guarantee of specific business, career or financial outcomes. Results depend on your own effort, context and application. Nothing in our courses constitutes professional advice for your specific circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boursen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
